How to split an image using slice & weld.
In this tutorial (no sound, only text instructions), I show you how to split images by using slice and weld.
Try, try Again...
The pic of the snowflake took some time. I had to weld a rectangle first, then split it. It took several tries and several different rectangles to get the right split. Others split it weird before I got the end result. Just take your time. Try different images before giving up. Try your steps one way, if it doesn't work that way, try your steps a different way (split then weld, weld then split, shape in front of image, image in front of shape, etc). I do recommend when using slice and weld, try and cut out your project before closing it out. I've noticed when I get back into my project, sometimes it isn't the same way as I saved it and you may need to start over.
Be sure to check back often as I post tutorials weekly and tips & tricks almost daily.
